このアプリでは、主に以下の5つの機能を有しています。

This application has the following five main functions
- Obtain data from freee via API
- Input acquired data into Google Sheets
- Convert the data from Google Sheets to CSV and store it in GoogleDrive
- Automatically execute a series of these processes at user-specified times on a regular basis
- Check the user’s contract status
これらの各機能を提供するためには、冒頭に記載した権限が必要があります。

ユーザーデータの利用方法（”How to use” user data）
ユーザーのすべてのGoogle Sheetsのデータ(All Google Sheets data)
前項で説明した「取得したデータをGoogle Sheetsに入力する」「Google SheetsのデータをCSVに変換しGoogleDriveに格納する」以外の目的では使用しません。
ユーザーがアドオンを有効にしていないシートのデータの取得や書き換えは行うことがありません。
It will not be used for any purpose other than “Input acquired data into Google Sheets” and “Convert the data from Google Sheets to CSV and store it in GoogleDrive” described in the previous section.
Data will not be retrieved or rewritten for sheets for which the user has not enabled add-ons.
本アプリで使用する Google Drive上のファイル情報（Information on Google Drive files you use with this app）
このアプリはCSVファイルをユーザーが指定したフォルダに保存する機能のみを有しています。作成したファイルの参照や削除などは行いません。また、このアプリ以外で作られたファイルにはそもそもアクセス権限を有していません。
This application only has the ability to save CSV files to a folder specified by the user. It does not reference or delete the created files. Files created outside of this app do not have access privileges to begin with.
ユーザーのプロフィール情報（Google Account email address）
このアプリでは、ユーザーの契約状況を確認するためにのみEメールアドレスを利用します。それ以外の用途では利用しません。
This application uses the e-mail address only to check the user’s subscription status. It will not be used for any other purpose.
ユーザーデータの保存方法（”How to store” user data）
ユーザーのすべてのGoogle Sheetsのデータ(All Google Sheets data)
ユーザーのGoogle Sheets内（プロパティストア含む）とGoogleDrive内にのみデータは保存され、それ以外の場所にGoogle Sheetsの内容が保存されることはありません。
Data is stored only within the user’s Google Sheets (including property stores) and GoogleDrive, and Google Sheets content is not stored anywhere else.
本アプリで使用する Google Drive上のファイル情報（Information on Google Drive files you use with this app）
GoogleDrive内にのみファイルが保存され、それ以外の場所に保存することはありません。
Files are stored only in GoogleDrive and never anywhere else.
ユーザーのプロフィール情報（Google Account email address）
取得したEメールアドレスはどこにも保存されません。
The email address obtained is not stored anywhere.
ユーザーデータの外部共有について（Share user data externally?）
すべてのユーザーデータは、前項のようにユーザーのGoogleアカウントに紐づく領域（Google Sheets,Google Drive）でのみ保存され外部に共有されることはありません。
All user data will only be stored in areas associated with the user’s Google account (Google Sheets, Google Drive) as described in the previous section and will not be shared externally.
